Let me introduce my channel. This channel was created for helping people to relax their mind and body.
The relaxation is the emotional state, of low tension, in which there is an absence of arousal that could come from sources such as anger, anxiety, or fear. It’s a form of mild ecstasy coming from the frontal lobe of the brain in which the backward cortex sends signals to the frontal cortex via a mild sedative. It’s the medium through which we can get to experience the freedom of living in the state of consciousness that we wish. Being the music a wonderful way to unwind, calm down, reduce stress, soothing babies and young children, fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply, concentrate at work, and find positive thoughts.
Several studies show that listening to soothing nature sounds and relaxing music increases the levels of serotonin and other positive hormones in the bloodstream.
